I've noticed that the VC seems to have a fairly stable membership comprised almost exclusively of folks who have had "prior relationships" with the founders of this place. We seem to have our share of passerbys, but so far none has stayed or made more than a few contributions.

Is there something about us, or this place, that scares others away?
