The Soapbox is where we post our own creations, essays, poems, thoughts: either directly or after they have been a part of discussion for a time. Once they are in the Soapbox, they would no longer be a part of discussion and are non-reply ( ie. closed).
I will likely be moving Valiowk's story here at a later point, and would suggest that Jilz might move his thesis here also. |

Every other forum outside The Akashic Records is for those things. Which one is chosen depends upon the specific subject selected. If you specifically wish criticism on a personal creation, I would suggest posting it in a forum other than those contained in The Akashic Records -- and then it would be moved here later, once the thread has spun its course.
This forum serves two specific purposes: to preserve our creations in a format where they can be readily shared, and to allow us to post them (should we so wish) without the possibility of instant challenge. Think of it as the single "safe haven" in the entire Community. |
