For example, one common discrepency lies in our definition of what constitutes emotion: what another might term "experiencing" emotion I might call "being ruled by" emotion. I suspect the precise opposite might be the case for logic. Then we have the question of different types of thought and emotion, and differing values assigned to each (the continued debate over logic vs. intuition comes to mind).
Should logic and emotion be stratified? When we stratify emotion or logic, do we measure each in the same way? If not: what exactly is it that we are seeing? and how much does our own bias and/or sway toward one or the other define that seeing?
